8.7. vflib - 使用自由向量字型的向量字型函式庫，支援 BIG5 和 GB

      VFlib is a vector font library, which can use TrueType,
      Zeit, JG, and BDF fonts.  This version supports both
      BIG5/GB encoded fonts.
      The original patch was made by Chinese Turbo Linux, and
      Chih-Wei Huang  added the BIG5 Eten
      extension.
